Further to our previous update on the 24th November (READ HERE – “Capital on Tap marking personal credit ratings for business debt Personal Guarantees?”), we have found an increasing number of discrepancies in the way that Capital on Tap pursue under alleged Personal Guarantees.
Capital on Tap continue to produce documents purporting to be signed online, insisting that they are compliant with eIDAS regulations, yet it is obvious that the documents they have produced are not generated from their online system, and in the process they are inserting names and dates onto agreements as if they were signed by a particular person on a particular date, when it is not the case at all.
