So the New Year brings forth the news that Just Cashflow plc has gone into Administration following their appointment of administrators of their holding company last summer as set out in our news item in August 22 Click HERE. FRP Advisory have been appointed as administrators for the company.
How this will impact on ongoing Personal Guarantee claims and their finance arrangements generally has yet to be seen; it can go either way in terms of a softened or hardened approach, only time will tell. Effective PG negotiations will be suspended for the time being for the picture to become clearer, although any current arrangements in place should be honoured and not defaulted on without consultation first. This situation might also in some cases present an opportunity to terminate some PG agreements with them.
