Thanks to PG for providing guidance, assurance and on going support through a stressful period with Amex, who wrongfully tried to pursue a non personal guaranteed limited company debt. They have many clients like myself who needed the proper support in responding to letters by Amex and their lawyers trying to collect on an unenforceable and possibly illegal methods of trying to collect on a non PG’d limited co debt, so far so good.
