Further to our article on the 13th February 2023 regarding Amex Business Card Personal Guarantees (read it HERE) , we have found that none of the over thirty alleged American Express agreements signed from around 2017 to 2022 are enforceable against the individual that American Express allege are either a party to the card or personally guaranteed.
There are a number of different reasons why the American Express business card is not enforceable against an individual, depending on what basis they were signed, but we have been able to refute every alleged claim that has been presented to us so far.
This does not stop Amex, their solicitors Brachers, and external debt agents such as Zinc and NCO Europe continuing to pursue but when we are involved, the matter they are chasing tends to just evaporate.
